CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancel on or before 11/17/2024: Full refund.
  • Cancel between 11/18/2024 and 12/03/2024: 75% refund of the conference and accommodation fees.
  • Cancel between 12/04/2024 and 12/13/2024: 50% refund of the conference and accommodation fees.
  • Cancel on or after 12/14/2024: No refunds.

 Disability Access

If you require ADA accommodations, please contact our office at least 30 days before the event. We cannot guarantee accommodations without sufficient prior notification.

 

Grievance Policy

If a participant is dissatisfied with our program, they can file a complaint via the link on our website CLICK HERE TO VIEW. A representative from our Member Services team will contact participants by email or phone within 2-3 business days to address the complaint and work on improving our services.

 

CE Certificates

CE certificates will be available in your account 30 days after the program. Please log in to your NEFESH account for instructions. For any questions, contact us at secretary@NEFESH.org.

 

After each session, you will receive a link to an evaluation form. We highly encourage you to complete this evaluation, as your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our programs.

 

Upon completion of the conference, certificates for the sessions you attended will be available in your NEFESH account.
